Newborn to 12 months - just for babies
This class has been designed to enhance the development of a child from birth to 12 months using songs, games and activities that introduce your baby to the amazing world of music.
It is also a chance for new mums to meet new friends and spend real quality time with their babies. Many activities encourage close physical contact between mother and child, and lots of songs are sung face to face.
As the baby grows and develops, the activities follow this development and also give mums ideas of things to do at home
The concept of pitch is introduced at this very early stage using scale songs and coloured chime bars.
Hand/eye co-ordination is promoted using games to help tracking (eye following small object) by using a colourful toy or ball.
Babies get to experience the feel and sound of many musical instruments from a very early age and every sense is stimulated to the full.
There couldn’t be a better musical start for your child.
